OUR STRATEGIES;
Education/Awareness Creation
We create awareness and build knowledge on identified health problems including HIV/AIDS, STIs and reproductive health. We employ education as a first step in effecting positive behaviour change among children and youth in our programmes.
Advocacy
We secure political and socio-economic support of policy makers and other influential community members for programmes, which help to promote the healthy and development of Less Privilege,Widows children and youth. The organization also intercedes for people infected by HIV/AIDS and advances their cause for positive change of attitudes, policies and practices.
Service provision
- We provide counselling and services on a range of children and youth and development issues including reproductive health as it affects teenage pregnancy, spread of STIs, drug abuse and other health / development problems. We also provide care and support service to people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and people affected by HIV/AIDS e.g., AIDS orphans and their caregivers. We also provide periodic free medical care for children and their mothers (caregivers) from poor families in our target communities.
- We identify and manage Unaccompanied, Separated and at-risk children where we facilitate the provision of basic needs and services for such children. We also provide the foster parents with basic livelihood support which also include cash support, and facilitate the reunification of Unaccompanied and Separated children back to their families.
- We expand access to learning opportunities to out-of-school children by providing them with formal and non-formal education. Also, with scholastic materials and dignity kits.
- Orient the community on the importance of Community Development Planning through workshops, and support the community members during the planning process.

Capacity building We offer opportunities for unemployed youths and their caregivers to acquire creative skills for employment, income generation and economic self-reliance. We also provide
essential training home-based care providers (of PLWHA and PABA including orphan and vulnerable children), volunteers and community based social support groups for improved service delivery.
